How To Cancel Your WORLDPAY Subscription
This short video details how to cancel your paypal subscription to any of the Nodoze networks websites.
The first step is to find your Futurepay Confirmation Email entitled “RBS WorldPay CARD FuturePay Confirmation”. You will have received this email when you joined. If you do not have this email keep watching as a solution is shown.
This email contains information on your subscription, and your futurepay subscription management login and password.
Scroll down to the section of this email where your login details are shown:
You need these details to login to the shopper management system. Either copy these to a separate document or open the shopper management area in a new browser window so you can copy the username and password across.
Click on the “Shopper Help” link.
Click on “Agreement Login”
Click on the “Login to the Shopper Management System”. If you do not know your login details then you are able to retrieve them by clicking on the “Forgotten your password” link here.
Copy your username and password into the appropriate boxes and click “Log in”
Click on the relevant agreement ID#
From here you can completely manage your subscription.
To cancel: Click “Cancel”
All done! You will not be rebilled and your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing term.
