As stated on the join page of every site we operate:
Refund Policy: We will assess and grant refunds on a case-by-case basis. If you are genuinely dissatisfied with our product and have accessed a minimal amount of content (as logged in our membership software) we will issue you a refund. If you have "had your monies worth" and then request a refund, your request may be declined. Until you cancel your account you will be charged at a rate of US$19.95 a month. You can cancel at any time. After you cancel, your membership will still remain active to the end of your payment term.
We strongly adhere to this policy. We check account use of all refund requests. If your request is genuine and reasonable, we will refund your money no questions asked. If you are simply trying to take advantage, don't bother.
To request a refund please contact us providing as much information about your account as possible. This includes email address, subscription ID#, username etc.
