Traps
and Mines
Traps are designed to hold, maim or kill an enemy, mines
are always designed to maim or kill an enemy. Many traps
and mines have been improvised over the years and put
to a range of uses. Traps and mines do not differentiate
between friend or foe, everything that moves is their
enemy and a potential victim of their usually deadly
wrath. Wartime use has seen hundreds of thousands of
innocent victims, as well as enemy soldiers, maimed
or killed. Traps that proove too effective have seen
many civilians sentenced to lenthly prison sentences
for employing them to protect their own property. Never
the less, the topic is an intriguing one, and one which
is covered on this website in depth.
